A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Alan has over 30 years industrial experience ranging from project management, machinery design and build, detailed manufacturing process specification and equipment commissioning, both nationally and internationally. He has been a lifelong advocate of social responsibility with roles including volunteer youth work as well as chairing governing bodies of a number of organisations including youth clubs, detached youth work, a primary school and a local graveyard preservation group.
Sylvia holds a first degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with experience spanning from Manufacturing, Power, Telecommunications, Fintech to Renewable Energy. With her extensive industry experience, she has been exposed to varied technologies that are integral for transformation in industries. Sylvia is passionate about STEM Education of girls and is involved in mentoring girls in such fields. She is presently studying towards an MSc. Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
Jo has 25 years’ experience gained in the professional services, training, membership and manufacturing sectors where she has designed and delivered numerous high-profile manufacturing events, conferences and professional development programmes spanning everything from manufacturing to management, coaching and mentoring, marketing and leadership development. She has also led brand and digital transformation programmes and managed continuous change.
Matt holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Public Relations, as well as a master’s degree in Creative Marketing and Trend Prediction. As part of his master’s degree, he looked at how factors in society such as public health and technology can influence our lifestyles which sparked his interest in technology and the potential impact it can have. He joins IN4.0 Group with a background in Marketing across various industries and with a focus on education marketing.
