The IN4.0 talent academy is a fast-track graduate recruitment and development programme, working like a bridge to connect businesses in the North West with talented graduates.

We fast-track your graduate recruitment process to give you an edge over your peers and connect you with responsible employers who are looking for leaders of the future. Over an intense, but rewarding, 12 weeks, you’ll become ‘work-ready’, with a blend of technical, engineering and personal skills and accreditations from Amazon Web Services and the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

This programme is available for Greater Manchester and Lancashire residents, aged 19+, that have been made redundant or displaced due to COVID. Graduates can also apply if they’re based in Greater Manchester or Lancashire, or studied at a local university and wish to return and work in these regions.
